Minosha India Limited is a leading provider of advanced printing and digital solutions across India. Established in 1993 as RPG Ricoh Limited (renamed Ricoh India Limited in 1998), the company operated as a 74% subsidiary of Japan’s Ricoh Company. Over the years, Minosha has transformed into a trusted name in India’s printers and digital solutions sector.

After financial setbacks and insolvency proceedings in 2016, Minosha entered a new phase. In November 2019, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved a resolution plan that transferred the company’s management to Minosha India Limited under the leadership of investors Mr. Kalpraj Damji Dharamshi and Mrs. Rekha Jhunjhunwala.

Since then, Minosha has continued to be the official distributor of Ricoh products in India. In March 2022, Minosha was appointed as Ricoh Asia Pacific’s strategic partner, strengthening its position in delivering Ricoh’s office equipment and digital services nationwide.

Strategic Partnerships

One of the significant milestones in Minosha’s journey has been its partnership with the Government of India and TCIL (Telecommunications Consultants India Limited) in implementing the Rural Information and Communication Technology (RICT) Project across 1.29 lakh rural post offices, completed in September 2024.

Current Outlook

In April 2025, Minosha implemented a strategic business restructuring by demerging its Printing and Project Division into a new entity — Minosha Print Solutions Private Limited. This move enables Minosha India Limited to focus on diverse growth avenues, including strategic investments in listed and unlisted equities.

Minosha continues to maintain a strong presence across India, with offices in Mumbai, Gujarat, Kolkata, Delhi, and Bengaluru, and owns office infrastructure in Bengaluru, Kolkata, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, and Nagpur.
