She has been previously associated as a Director with United Health Group Ventures, Minneapolis, United States of America.
She had worked with Credit Suisse as Equity Research Associate in New York, United States of America.
Ms. Arti Sanganeria is Masters of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management.
She is BSE in Chemicals and Biomolecular Engineering from University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Deepak Gala holds Degree in Bachelor of Science from the University of Mumbai.
He has rich experience in Labour Laws. Mr. Deepak Gala has handsome experience in Retailing Sector and has good knowledge of Capital Market.

With bachelor’s degree in psychology from Jai Hind College and a master’s in industrial psychology from Mithibai College, Ms. Paolomi had cultivated a strong foundation in both academic theory and practical application.
She is working as a creative consultant for a leading Wealth Management company, specializing in corporate communication, media strategy, and design consultancy, while concurrently collaborating with esteemed figures such as R Balki and Gauri Shinde as a member of the writing and direction team at Hope Productions.
Her prior experiences include internships at CNBC TV 18 and roles in the copy and art team at McCann advertising firm.

Mr. Kunal Khona, a Chartered Accountant, is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years of work experience in finance, corporate governance, strategic management, and risk oversight. His extensive background enables him to make valuable contributions to organizational governance and growth as an Independent Director on the board.
He has collaborated closely with executive teams and boards to ensure the implementation of robust corporate governance practices, designing frameworks that foster transparency, accountability, and ethical decision- making.
